Happy Birthday Morgan!!

It's the big numero Uno for our little girl! I can hardly believe how fast this year has gone! We sure love you, Morgan! Here are some reasons why~
--She is a great communicator. Although she can only say "Mama", "Dada"and "done", I usually know what she wants and when she wants it.
--She's a great sleeper
--She loves her big brother (most of the time)
--She's happy as long as she gets what she wants...when she wants it. (and that's most of the time, too :)
--I love when she puckers her lips and scrunches her face. She does this a lot--I'll have to snap a photo of this to share.
--She's a big tease. Hmm, wonder where she got that from.
--She LOVES attention!
--She is very playful. She loves to play on the bed and pretend she is sleeping.
--She is flexible. (Her legs flop up by her shoulders when you change her diaper)
--She has tons of energy and NEVER stops moving. Even when she sleeps she is all over the place.
--When you're holding her and she gets excited about something, she breathes really heavy, kicks her legs and squeezes her butt cheeks--all simultaneously. I think it's pretty funny--she is sure to have a tight backend. She'll be happy about that when she's older :)
--She loves bathtime
--She is very determined
and the list goes on...

We are so lucky to have Morgan in our family (see previous post, maybe Karsten isn't always glad). We love you like crazy, Morgan! Happy First Birthday!

Send the baby back, please!

Karsten doesn't like the fact that he can't eat breakfast on a blankie on the floor anymore....or put together a puzzle on the floor...or do ANYTHING that his sister doesn't attack, climb up on or try to take from him. So, this week he decided he didn't want all those brothers and sisters he's been asking for. He really doesn't want the one he already has either--->
"Mom, I don't want to be a brother anymore. Please send Morgan back to Jesus, ok!"
At least he understands where we come from.
